Goldgenie offer a FULL refund for items returned unused and undamaged within 7 days of the delivery date. You don’t even need to give us a reason.

We DO NOT offer refunds on bespoke jobs featuring laser engraving (including on BlackBerrys) but we do offer an exchange if we receive the item within 7 days.

Any items for refund not received back within 7 days but still intact, unopened and not used Goldgenie will issue you with a credit note to the value of goods purchased.
