Items will be sent within 3 working days of placing your order. Our email confirmation will tell you when the item has left Goldgenie and will contain a tracking number to allow you to follow the progress of delivery via the web site of the relevant courier company.

For orders placed from elsewhere within the EU, items will be sent within 7 working days.
