This is a fixed service price by model. It covers customising your phone in your chosen precious-metal finish, and it includes insured pick-up and insured return delivery.

Phones purchased from Goldgenie carry a lifetime warranty — a different tier from the service warranty above, because you are buying a finished product rather than having work done on your own.
Why buying costs more than customising
Because it includes the phone. The service price assumes you already own the handset. If you are comparing the two figures, add the cost of the phone to the service price and you are comparing like with like.

For customers outside the UK and the UAE, insured DHL collection and return are included in the agreed quotation. UK clients can post the phone to us or drop it in person at our London service office in Enfield. All import duties and taxes are paid in advance, so nothing is owed on delivery. Plating something other than a phone
General gold plating — anything that is not an iPhone — starts from £250 and is individually quoted after assessment, because every item needs its own technical assessment. Size, base material, existing finish, surface preparation, complexity, chosen finish and quantity all affect the figure. See gold plating services for that.
Payment
Fiat or crypto. Card orders ship to the cardholder's billing address; to ship elsewhere, payment is by bank transfer.
